Copy and Paste your Resume onto the Job Reply Form

To "Copy & Paste" your resume, open your resume in your word processing program and place your cursor at the beginning of the text you want to copy. Hold down your left mouse button and drag the cursor across all of the text you want copied. Use either method below to copy and paste your resume. One method uses shortcut keys and the other method uses Menu selections.

1. Press and hold down the control key (Ctrl) and press the "C" key on your keyboard and release both keys. The highlighted text has been copied to the Clipboard. Now go to the spot on the Job Reply Form where you want to place the information (place the cursor at the spot) and hold down the control key (Ctrl) and press the "V" key. This will transfer the text you highlighted/saved onto the form.

2. On the Menu at the top of your browser, click on Edit and then click on Copy. The highlighted text has been copied to the Clipboard. Now go to the spot on the Job Reply Form where you want to place the information (place the cursor at the spot) and once more click on Edit and then click on Paste. This will transfer the text you highlighted/saved onto the form.
